Originally from Vancouver Island, I am an island girl at heart. A mother of 5, and a grandmother, I enjoy spending time with my family. In my free time I can often be found on a lake Kayaking or out biking.

My background in dentistry as a dental assistant, working mostly in Neuromuscular Dentistry, has taught to always look at a person as a whole. To look for imbalances in the body, which have lead to issues with the teeth, and TMJ issues.

As an acupuncturist, I now strive to create balance in the whole body. To create harmony of the body, mind, and spirit. I am excited to meet you, and help with you with your health care needs.
